All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for anything purchased unless otherwise specified in writing.
Frankly, plants and critters are living organisms and can be susceptible to issues like disease. We make every effort to supply the healthiest specimens. We also work with amazing treasures that are not ” picture perfect”.
